A. Drag and drop from the source folder that the music is saved into to the iTunes window. And yes: Limewire or uTorrent for bigger files such as movies and albums, depending on how strong your heart strings are for destroying the media industry.

A. First download the song. When the song is finished downloading click "Explore". Then drag your song to the music folder. Open up Windows Media Player. Click the "Sync" Tab (You should see your device to the right). Search up the song you downloaded in Windows Media Player Search Engine. Then drag your song to the Sync list. Click Start Sync. Now in the Documents window, open up where you want to transfer your files to. 4. Put the windows side-by-side to each other. Now, click, hold, and drag the files to the other window. A. As soon as the music is finished downloading in frostwire it should move itself to a folder in your computer - mine's called "Shared Music", i do believe. Anyway, check if it's there. After that, pop up itunes, and go to Files > Add File to Library. Then a folder will pop up, you find the "shared music" folder where your songs are and select them. They should download into your Library on Itunes, and then you can just transfer them over to your ipod library. (:

A. I've never used FrostWire before, but your best bet would probably be to check the folder where the music downloads, highlight all the music, and just drag and drop. If you can't find the directory, go to FrostWire, right click on one of the songs, click on Properties or Info or whatever, and it will show the directory.

A. I don't know the answer to your problem but just as a reminder frost wire is illegal. Unless you own a copy of the cd and are downloading the same songs it is against the law. Itunes also installs a service in your computer called bonjour that itunes can see things you have done. I wont go into detail but if you are downloading files illegally I suggest you stop now.

A. FrostWire music files, by default, should be located within the folder: (My) Documents -> FrostWire -> Saved (assuming you are using Windows.) From there you right click the file and left click "Open With iTunes." The song will be send to your iTunes Library. Once you locate the song in your iTunes Library, you can simply drag it to your iPod (which must be plugged in to your computer in order to do this) and then sync your iPod.
