What is the difference between White Spirit and Methalated Spirit?
Q. And what are the uses for both of them? I know you may use Methalated Spirit as fuel for small stoves and lamps - may you use white spirit for the same purpose? What are the uses for them both?

A. Methylated spirit in mostly ethanol (ethyl alcohol) with small amounts of methanol to make it poisonous, pyridine (to make it taste horrible) and purple dye (to stop you swigging it). It's used in lamps, heaters and for general cleaning and degreasing purposes. White spirit is a substitute for oil of turpentine and is used for thinning paint and cleaning paint brushes. It is a mixture of paraffin oil and ethanol. A very similar liquid (more paraffin less ethanol) is used for starting barbeques.

How do we get energy for the spirit board?
Q. My two other friends and I are really interested i using a spirit board to speak with spirits. I have done it enough times to know what I'm doing (as much as anyone can) But our problem is that when the three of us try to do it toghether it seems as if we don't have enough energy combined to make it work. Q. My body did not exist until my dad had a twinkle in his eye when he looked at my mom. Then my person or soul grew in this body. How do you break out of terrifying spirit induced sleep paralyses?
Q. I know by now that the cause of my sleep paralyses is do to negative spirits. Sometimes I call on angels or God and it is broken, but sometimes nothing works. I keep my eyes open and watch the swirling in front of my face and sometimes a spirit will appear. Does anyone know how to overcome these demons without fighting and calling on God? Someone told me that you have to command them to leave or envision white light pouring over you but during the paralyses you just want to fight and scream.

A. Well, pretty much everyone I know owns a pair of soffes. If you don't they are really inexpensive, you should wear red soffes, and then blue leggings like you planned, then if you have a plain blue t-shirt, you can make an iron on with a superman logo and have a home made tee. A. Spirit Activity happens all around us all the time. I personally don't subscribe to the 3am theory. I am a member of a paranormal research society and I believe and am working on the hypothesis that spirit entities are more active around times such as full moons, solar flares etc. I personally believe that most spirits need to draw on energy of some sort to manifest. A. You can use a aerosol spray duster. Hold the can upside down and freeze the gum / adhesive until hardened. Peel off jacket or material. You may need to scrape gently until desired results are achieved. Do not scrape too hard! This works well on chewing gum also.
